Another Overseas Victory! GCL System Integration Supplies over 21 MW of Polycrystalline PERC Modules for One of Hungary’s Largest PV Power Plants
Construction recently began at one of the largest solar power plants in Hungary, the Szazhalombatta Solar Park, by the European power enterprise MET Dunai Solar Park KFT. GCL System Integration has already delivered polycrystalline PERC modules that will generate a total of over 21 MW.
It is reported that the plant, which is near Budapest, will cover 40 hectares and consists of two independent projects. Annual output will reach about 1,200 kWh/kWp, and the total annual output will be 25,546 MWh. After the connection to the grid, the park will provide power for 9,000 households.
